Multi-Accounts & Botting: We allow multi-accounts, but we prohibit the use of bots on our platform.

Intellectual Property: Golem Overlord is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use Golem Overlord or its content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers: Golem Overlord is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding Golem Overlord's accuracy, reliability, or availability. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Golem Overlord be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Golem Overlord.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to Golem Overlord at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Please be aware that Golem Overlord is currently in an alpha state, and we may make daily changes to the game's economy. We are not responsible for any losses that may be incurred as a result of these changes.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Golem Overlord and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding Golem Overlord.

This agreement is valid starting April 15, 2023.
